OUTPUT 30 is a 30-day performance challenge designed for everyday athletes who want to see what they’re truly capable of.

You’ll measure your starting point, train with intent, and challenge yourself consistently — with coaching and structure every step of the way.

30 days later, you’ll see the results in black and white.

  • We start with a baseline performance test.
    You train for 30 days using our classes and guidance.
    You finish with a final performance test.

    Your progress is measured through real data — not guesswork.

  • You will be tested in four key areas:

    Strength

    • 5RM Back Squat
    • 5RM Military Press

    Endurance

    • Assault Bike — max calories in 10 minutes

    Conditioning

    8-minute AMRAP
    15 Squats
    10 Push Ups
    5 Burpees

    Your results will be recorded and compared after 30 days.

  • Your improvement is calculated using percentage change, making the challenge fair for all levels.

    Formula:

    (Final Result – Initial Result) ÷ Initial Result × 100

    Example

    Assault Bike (10 min)
    Initial result: 140 calories
    Final result: 160 calories

    Calculation:
    (160 – 140) ÷ 140 × 100 = 14.3% improvement

    This means your performance improved by 14.3%, regardless of your starting level.

    This system allows both beginners and experienced athletes to compete on equal terms.

  • You’ll train using our classes, choosing sessions that help you improve your results — and we’ll guide you on exactly how to do it.

    Your Coaching Support

    Inside the private WhatsApp group, you’ll get:

    Weekly training recommendations — what to train and when
    Performance tips — how to improve your test results
    Optional workouts — for extra sessions outside the studio
    Recovery guidance — to help you perform and stay consistent

  • The challenge is open to:

    • Trime members
    • Trime Punch card users
    • Bruce visitors
    • ClassPass visitors

    To qualify for results and prizes you must:

    • complete the initial test
    • complete the final test
    • attend at least 8 classes during the challenge

  • All participants receive a Performance Card to track:

    • initial test results
    • final test results
    • total sessions completed

    This gives you a clear overview of your progress throughout the challenge.

    We’ll also have a live leaderboard in the studio, tracking performance, consistency, and community engagement — so you can see where you stand and stay motivated along the way.

  • At the end of the challenge, three participants will be recognized:

  • We close the challenge with a final testing session and community workout, followed by:
